Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

The provisions below apply to measuring visits to our website and to other data you provided to us.

2. Measuring data

We measure visits to our websites in order to increase their efficiency. This data may contain personal data, in particular IP-addresses and/or cookies. These are discussed below.

IP-addresses
An IP-address is a series of numbers that identify computers on the internet. IP-addresses can theoretically be linked to an individual. Such linking requires additional information (particularly from the internet provider who issued the IP-address or from the visitor himself). For that reason IP-addresses are considered personal data.

Ulive does not link IP-addresses of visitors to our website to individuals. IP-addresses of visitors to our website are not provided to third parties.

Cookies
A cookie is a small file that is stored on the computer of a visitor when he visits a website. If he visits the website again, the cookie shows that it is a repeat visit. Because the visitor is recognized though the cookie, cookies are considered personal data. In addition, cookies may contain personal data themselves.

Cookies issued by Ulive contain merely a unique number and therefore contain no personal data. They expire at the end of the browsing session, when the visitor closes his browser.

Ulive does not link cookies to individuals.

Ulive uses cookies only to recognize repeat visits.

Cookies issued by Ulive cannot be used to trace your surfing behaviour across other websites than the Ulive website.

It is often possible to configure your web browser to refuse cookies or to be informed if a cookie is set. We refer you to the manual of your web browser.

3. Other data

In case you provide personal data to us yourselves, for example on a web form, though e-mail or in a contract, we will use such data only for the purpose for which the data has been provided. This includes contacting you to inform you of developments if we expect these to be relevant to you.

4. Storage

Ulive will store personal data no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it has been collected.
